Today I want to talk about trying mediation. If you haven’t meditated before then it may seem like meditation is quite difficult. It needn’t be. There are lots of ways to meditate and everyone has individual ways of doing it in a that suits them. I have tried a few ways of doing it, including going to a Buddhist meditation class for a while which was a wonderful experience but i’ll be honest I struggle to sit on the floor for so long it wasn’t great for my back!
